Will my friend be able to come to my Hospital appointment with me?

Absolutely. Friends and family can be catered for at no extra cost. Our vehicle can seat up to four passengers and there is also a space for a wheelchair or Motability scooter.

Are Dogs allowed in your vehicle?

Well behaved Dogs are welcome. Due to the space available in our vehicle, we can only allow one dog per journey. We do charge a refundable deposit for cleaning up any little accidents or damage caused whilst in transit.

My Mum requires help getting herself washed and dressed in the morning. Is this something you can help with ?

Unfortunately not. We are not trained carers, we leave that to those who are.

Am I allowed to smoke in your car?

For the health and safety of all Cornwall Assist have a strict no smoking policy. This extends to smoking in our vehicles and visiting clients homes.

How do I pay?

You will be invoiced no later than one day after the service you have booked. Payments are due within 7 days of the service received. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, card or cash.

Please call during office hours to make a card payment over the phone.

BANK TRANSFER is our preferred method of payment please.

When are you open ?

Our telephones are manned:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6.00pm,

Saturdays 9:00 am to 1.00pm and

Sundays 10:00 am to Midday. Bank Holidays - times may vary.

However we operate 24/7 for appointments booked in advance.
